“I hired Clint as my Personal Trainer about two years ago with a weight loss goal of 20 pounds. We started out meeting up twice per week, and within 2 months I had reached my goal and then switched to once per week (in addition to one to two weekly workouts I did at home that Clint designed for me). To my surprise, weight continued to come off. I have eventually trimmed a total of 42 pounds and 4+ inches off my waist. To make sure I maintain my progress I continue to see Clint once a week. I am slowly regaining weight, but now it’s lean muscle evenly spread throughout my entire body. I also have more confidence due to martial arts training and have my mile run under 6 minutes!”
