Personal Fitness Coaching

As Unique as your individual goals

My name is Clint Madden and if you’re looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and experienced New Jersey Personal Trainer I’d love to help you reach your goals! I feel it’s important for potential clients to know I’m not an intimidating, scary boot camp style trainer like you’d see on TV. I take pride in being patient, detailed, and encouraging with my clients so even people with absolutely no experience working out will feel comfortable training with me (but if you’re looking for someone to push you to your absolute limit I can do that too). I’m a 40 year old man that has turned…

Areas I service
I offer In Home Personal Training services to clients within a 20 mile radius of Westfield, New Jersey. This could include a number of towns in Bergen, Union, Essex, Hudson, Morris, and Somerset counties. Whether you have a full home gym, empty basement, spare bedroom, condo/apartment gym, a public gym in the area, or anything in between, I’m sure we can find a way to get you in shape without much difficulty.

Who I train
Over the last 15+ years of my Personal Training career I have trained anyone from people that are overweight, underweight (“hardgainers”), young children, senior citizens, athletes, models, high level executives, housewives, people suffering from depression, pregnant women, post rehab patients, and everyone in between. I truly feel comfortable training ANYONE! Don’t be afraid to ask if you have a unique reason for wanting to hire a Personal Trainer in NJ – chances are you are not the first!

What you need
To start I always tell potential clients to first train with me and see if you think we’re a good fit. Then, if you want to invest in some equipment usually some dumbbells, an adjustable bench, maybe a squat rack, and some resistance bands would do the trick. As time goes on we’ll learn more about each other and I can help you customize your own mini Personal Training studio on a budget in a way that won’t take up a ton of space yet deliver a gym quality workout right from home.

The Value of Having a New Jersey Personal Trainer that's Experienced, Knowledgeable, and Reliable

There’s something to be said for a Personal Trainer that knows how to maximize results in the gym and also has strong work ethic. Without one or the other, you’re probably going to run into some challenges. I have several clients I’ve worked with as an In House Personal Trainer in New Jersey since 2007 that can count on less than one hand the amount of times I’ve canceled on them. I’m also available around the clock to help with nutritional counseling and workout planning for FREE (if you work out with me in person consistently). So let me know where you live and what time of the day you’re looking to train and I’ll quote you a fair, competitive rate for a knowledgeable and reliable Personal Trainer in your area.

Testimonials

In an effort to improve my health I started riding my bike on my own all over town in Summit, NJ. I was slowly losing weight but it wasn’t yielding the results I was looking for, this is when I reached out for help to Clint.

For many years I have been overweight and out of shape. A lot of my friends were involved in going to the gym and trained in martial arts but I felt awkward and uncomfortable so I never went.
