“I never considered myself to be a “fit” person, but during college my health and weight began to spiral out of control. Many of my friends exercised regularly and spent a lot of time in the gym, but when I would go work out with them I wasn’t sure what I was doing and they weren’t much help. Due to not knowing how to properly work out I felt uncomfortable in the gym and as a result I did not exercise much. I lacked the motivation and discipline needed to lose the weight on my own so I decided to call Clint. After training with Clint for the past year and a half, I have definitely come a long way. I have surpassed my weight loss goals while simultaneously building strength and lean muscle mass, a task not easily done. Clint has provided me with the motivation I needed to achieve my goals and taught me the principles of fitness and healthy living.
