Don’t live in an area I service or looking to save some time and money? Online Personal Training may be for you! By training with me online you’ll still have access to me through email and be able to ask me any questions that may come up.
Online Personal Training can be conducted in 2 different ways:
1. Zoom/Microsoft Teams/Google Meet Training
A variety of online platforms are easy to use and can be downloaded on your computer where we can see and speak to each other clearly. Depending on your fitness goals and equipment, online training may be an excellent option for you.
2. Custom Fitness Programs
If you’re concerned with your budget and would merely like me to create workouts that you will do on your own this is also something that can be arranged. You’ll have to be self motivated and ready to work hard without me, but if that’s not an issue you can certainly get the results you need.
